After telling our salesman Danny exactly what we were looking for, he pulled up the truck for us to look at and test drive. There was not a lot of the back and forth on the price. We paid a very fair price for the truck. After taking care of his part, Danny sent us to Joe in finance. There we received the same respectable treatment. Both Danny and Joe were very knowledgeable about their jobs, which helped us to make the decisions we needed. We will definitely return to this dealership! More

Never Knew It Would be this easy!!! As a woman, I really hate to try to buy a car. But I was met near the door by Danny Trauth. The entire experience was WONDERFUL! He listened to what I was needing, and the amount that I could afford to pay. He was able to match my needs to 5 different cars/SUV's so I had a selection before I did a test drive. He is so polite and respectful that really impressed me. I think we all thought great customer service died years ago. Not at 5 Star and definitely not with Danny. He walked me thru the entire process of financing and I was in and out much quicker than I thought driving my NEW CAR!!! At other dealerships no one ever asked me what I needed and what I wanted. But he listened to me, and matched me to the right car- even the color! I will never go any place else after this experience. We will be needing a new truck within a year and I know Danny will be who we will see. More
