This time, we purchased a Ford Bronco for my wife, and the entire team made the process seamless from beginning to end. A special thank you to Alfred, who has been my sales professional each time. As always, Alfred did a fantastic job. He knows how I like to do business, makes the process easy, and consistently provides the level of service that keeps me coming back. I also want to congratulate David on his promotion to Director of Finance. It was great seeing him and having the opportunity to catch up. Congratulations, David—well deserved! David handed me off to Adel to close out the financing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Adel may be new to the Five Star family, but by the time we finished, he felt like a brother. He took the time to walk me through my financing options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we finalized the deal. After four vehicles, I can confidently say that the people are what keep me coming back to Five Star Ford. Great service starts with great people and great leadership, and that shows every time I walk through the doors. Thank you, Alfred, David, Adel, and the entire Five Star Ford team for continuing to take such great care of me and my family. We absolutely love the new Bronco! Gilbert Gonzales More

Walked away in a brand new instead of a used 2023 for a better deal! Now how the deal worked out was not ideal. We came to look at something else and it was a lot of back and forth it was at another location then it sold. But her quick response to get another explorer of a much better deal was what sold us on buying a car from her instead of walking away. We didn’t originally start with her as the salesman we were talking to but she was able to sell the deal. More
