Went in for an issue with my front passenger tire not holding air. Danny in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and to the best of his abilities. I had an extended service plan through another dealership and was told it was through VW direct, Danny helped explain to me it’s a third party and together we figured out how to submit the claim. But Danny at the service counter personally drove 30 mins out to my family to pick us up in a loaner vehicle after hours while his wife waited for him to get off with their newborn. They arranged a tow truck to get my vehicle and corrected the issue in a matter of a couple of days while I enjoyed a new 2020 Tiguan with obviously no out of pocket cost to me. Picked up my SUV clean & gassed up. More
