Wow! Just wanted to share my great experience with SHOTTENKIARK KIA. Had a check engine light come on in my 2023 Kia Carnival, took it in and the comput Just wanted to share my great experience with SHOTTENKIARK KIA. Had a check engine light come on in my 2023 Kia Carnival, took it in and the computer code it showed an evaporation leak code, so they checked the gas cap, where most of the time it’s 99% the issue. A week after the engine light came on again, so I brought it back in and they ran a pressure test and some other tests and everything was working fine - they couldn’t find the root cause. They contacted an USA KIA engineer to share the issue and see if there’s been anything similar in the US with this car. The engineer asked to do 3 other tests but all of them checked out fine. I truly appreciate the honesty of Fort Bend Kia (SHOTTENKIARK). Thank you as always for the amazing service. A special thanks to Danny, the service manager, and Enrique, the GM, for doing a great job to take this matter seriously and trying to resolve this as quick as possible. This is what every dealership should be doing with the with their customers - SHOTTENKIARK goes the extra mile!! More

I was told when I pulled in that my update program would take about 1 1/2 hours! Even thought I had an appointment for 8:00am! But it was almost 2 hours later I had to ask what was taking so long!
