We brought out 2019 Kia Sorento in for replacement of the Panorama roof glass because it self exploded while my wife was driving. They replaced the glass but in the process, damaged and pulled the paint off Panorama roof glass because it self exploded while my wife was driving. They replaced the glass but in the process, damaged and pulled the paint off the car on a roof panel and quarter panel. I got a repair estimate of $2300 dollars from a reputable body shop. FB Kia will not take responsibility for the damage they caused during the glass repair. Needless to say I will not be using this dealership for any further repairs or when buying a new car. Their loss, as I am in the market for 2 new cars. One for my wife and one for my daughter. More
