My 4th car from this dealership I have now gotten my 4th Hyundai from this dealership. When the lease on my wife's Santa Fe was up, she wanted another one. These guys worked hard t I have now gotten my 4th Hyundai from this dealership. When the lease on my wife's Santa Fe was up, she wanted another one. These guys worked hard to find the car with the options that I wanted - and put up with a lot of back and forth. They take really good care of me and my family and we'll keep coming back. More

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Dante Forzano was very professional and he was great! Just a little disappointed that I did not get the first color choice. But I like my black car. Great Dealership with room for improvment The dealership overall does do a good job, however there are some opportunities for improvement. On pickup the salesperson kept jumping back and fort The dealership overall does do a good job, however there are some opportunities for improvement. On pickup the salesperson kept jumping back and forth between me and another customer. When picking up a vehicle the salesmen should stay with the customer throughout most of the delivery experience. I should know as I used to sell cars at a sister dealership back in 1985. We used to dedicate our attention in full with rare interruptions. They could have done a better job of cleaning the interior of the car. I had pointed out a smudge when I picked the unit I wanted and the salesperson said it will be all cleaned up. Smudge was still present on pickup. I felt rushed in picking up my vehicle after waiting for a bit. Many features were not explained about the vehicle both during the presale, sale and delivery of the vehicle. I'm not unhappy with the dealership, however I feel that there is room for improvement and hope they recognize that it's the fine details that lead to customer retention. More
