I purchased the truck on 11/22/23. I noticed the turn signal would sometimes get stuck when going right. On 11/28/23 I notified Luis in service about this issue. He ordered the part and said he would notify me when it came in. Thinking it’s been awhile since the part was ordered, on 12/22/23 I called the parts dept. They told me the part had come in on 12/07/23 and that I should have received a phone call from Service. I told them I never did so he said he would message Luis. Luis called me to set up the installation appt and I questioned him why no one notified me that the part came in 15 days ago and I could have had it installed a long time ago. He said he did call and left a message but there was no message left. I told him I was disappointed with the service ever since I bought the truck (see other surveys I submitted). I still haven’t heard back from the dealership or from GMC regarding those issues. My feeling is that the dealership doesn’t want to deal with any negative criticism to make themselves better. There’s another GMC dealership on Oahu who may treat their customers better. More

I actually visited on the 28th. I had an appt to drop off my new truck to have a deep scratch removed at a body shop. The service person Luis asked me to wait in the lobby while he I had an appt to drop off my new truck to have a deep scratch removed at a body shop. The service person Luis asked me to wait in the lobby while he arranged a loaner car. About 30 mins passed and I did not hear from him. When I inquired to Luis about the loaner, it's like he had forgot about me. I was not happy about that. More
