Considering the look on his face when I walked towards him, he most definitely forgot about me. It also only took him about 5 mins for him to get me a loaner car. I’m also not happy that I was told that my truck would take anywhere from a couple hours to 2 days for the scratch to be removed. The last update I received was 8-9 days from when I dropped it off.
