I started with online sales, inquiring a price on a platinum pathfinder. I was really concerned about paying over MSRP. Internet sales manager calls me, even tho during the intake process I stress t platinum pathfinder. I was really concerned about paying over MSRP. Internet sales manager calls me, even tho during the intake process I stress the fact, I do not want anyone calling me, if the car is being sold for more than MSRP. He tells me the car I’m interested in is being sold at MSRP, so I ask for a cost sheet. 5 hours later, he sends me a cost sheet $9,000 above MSRP and none of this amount was sale tax. You can not trust this dealer or their employees, they will lie, lie, lie and lie again. Their other negative reviews confirm how they lie to their customers!!!! More

I bought my car from the dealership in June 2021. Dante Wilchcombe was our sales person and he was very professional and courteous. I had a trade in and Dante’s manager (Camille) gave a good price over email/text and everything was transparent. Honest people. NO PUSHING TO BUY.Everything about the dealership is great. Clean and very welcoming showroom. Our 2018 Murano Platinum was clean and sanitized before delivery. Dante and the finance manager was very nice and patient to work with me after their closing hours to finish the deal. I left about 10PM from the showroom. I would happily recommend the WESLY CHAPEL NISSAN for your next used or new car buying. Had a very pleasant experience. Although dealership was about 1.5 hrs away it was all worth. Thank you ! More
