Everyone we have worked with at Raymond is top notch, we will now be long time customers. Most dealerships don't stay in contact beyond your purchase, but Raymond has stuck with us along the way and been there to help/answer questions on anything we've needed. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone! More

We purchased a used Jeep compass from Raymond Chevrolet early August of 2024. The car was for my son. There was an issue with the bumper, so they agreed to fix that issue. After picking up the vehicle, we early August of 2024. The car was for my son. There was an issue with the bumper, so they agreed to fix that issue. After picking up the vehicle, we also noticed that the chimes were not working. Since the purchase, we have been dealing with the service department to get the repairs done. Between my son and I, we have had the absolute worst experience. Constant communication breakdowns, and runarounds. We have been waiting for the part for a couple weeks. After urging my son to call, he got nothing but run-arounds and missteps. Still awaiting direction to fixing the vehicle as of 09/04/24. Every time we call, it takes multiple transfers and explaining everything over and over again. Although Darek was great to work with, I would advise against using their service department. They seem completely incompetent so far in our experience. More

I had a great experience with Raymond, Darek Kryszkiewicz was friendly and accommodating, Jimmy Rush was also a pleasure to work with. David Rich and David Cooper were easy to ask any questions and provided was friendly and accommodating, Jimmy Rush was also a pleasure to work with. David Rich and David Cooper were easy to ask any questions and provided all of the details I needed in purchasing my new truck. Chris Marinello in Service Dept is second to none in customer service.
