Was a pleasant experience choosing and purchasing a vehicle. Sales person (Gabrielle) was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Working with the finance manager, (Darien) was a good experience as wel vehicle. Sales person (Gabrielle) was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Working with the finance manager, (Darien) was a good experience as well. Very helpfull and knowledgeable. Overall, we are pleased with the purchasing process. We received it anout 70% charged instead of full but Gabrielle did tell us that it was for some reason I cannot remember. No problem though. However we had to bring the vehicle (IONIQ 5) back the very next day because of an apparent problem with tire balance and steering wheel centering alignment, which was confirmed by the technician (I forget his name; Fernando?) during a test ride with me (he was very good also btw). The car went into the service area immediately, which we appreciated. But we ended up being there all afternoon waiting, only to have to leave it until Monday due to quite a bit of work that had to be done (resurfacing all rotors -[for some reason]-, some needed TSBs were mentioned as well as software issues). Apparently the update would not finish loading or something, which is why we were told we would have to leave it over the weekend. So we have only had the car in possession for maybe 18 hours 🙂. But, other than this service glitch on the brand new car, we love the car and my wife can't wait to get it back. More
