I've been looking for a car for several months. Darin Lee has been less than satisfactory in my car search. Long Mcarthur has completely lost my business due to the poor service I have received. I even asked for a different salesperson to help me and he basically refused or ignored my request, promising me that he was good at what he does. I loved my Lincoln and the service I received prior to losing my vehicle to a insurance total loss. To top all of this off, they have a car on the lot right now that pretty much matches my wish list. Did he even offer it?? NO!! I'm not sure why I have received less than poor service , but I'm done with them. I will also be submitting a complaint to corporate because you just don't treat customers this way. More
