Best dealership experience ever When we arrived at the dealership, Dario was working with some other customers. I don't remember his last name, but Jorge showed us the Accords and to When we arrived at the dealership, Dario was working with some other customers. I don't remember his last name, but Jorge showed us the Accords and took us for a test drive. He was very kind and helped to entertain our young children while my wife and filled out the application to lease the car. Dario joined us after finishing with the other folks and was very easy to work with. Jeff handled the business part of the transaction and he was also very easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the experience and have already given Dario's name to some friends that are in the market for a new car. I only wish that Rick Case sold bigger trucks as I would be happy to negotiate a deal with him. We will look forward to working with Dario again when the lease on our 2015 Accord comes to an end. More

Excellent in evey way Dario and Bob were excellent. It was a real pleasure dealing with both of them. I also left my old Honda to be serviced when I picked up my new Honda. In the past I have been to many Honda dealers. But none have ever been so courteous and kind I did not get pressured to buy a car all I got was good customer service, and a knowledgeable salesperson. No one ever likes to go to a car dealerships because they are always being pressured to buy a car. The gentleman who sold me the car showed me what I asked for and when my needs changed because of the information that was shared with me, he was more than happy to show me the other cars that I asked for. He even took the time to show me how to set up my phone once I had purchased my vehicle everything from the test drive, to the negotiation, on the way to when I spoke the financial manager, went smooth and without any pressure, I was given my choices and information that I asked for and they let me make my own decisions and that's how I like it. I got great customer service so much that my friend that was with me, decided she's going to buy a car from the same place, Rick Case I want to thank you a lot once again you guys are the best. You made buying a car a pleasurable experience and I would like to thank you for that. I will recommend Rick Case to anyone that asked me where they should buy the next car or first car... You made me a customer for life. More
