Nic, my service advisor, has been incredibly detailed, thorough, and empathetic. Everything is expensive these days, and he has always Bern understanding, which I truly appreciate. Sage, who handles the loaner cars, has consistently made sure I have a vehicle ready whenever I need one. On two occasions I accidentally overfilled the gas in the loaner, do this last time Davis Nguyen credited my account for the overage which meant a lot, especially with how high gas prices are. These kinds of thoughtful, personalized interactions make a real difference in where I choose to service my car. The consideration and customer service care I’ve received from Nic, Safe, and Davis have been exceptional. I will continue servicing my car at Fairfield Mercedes, and several of my friends already go there as well. I’ll gladly keep recommending the dealership especially Nic, Sage, and Davis. I had a great experience at Fairfield Mercedes. All staff members were very professional. I had good communication with Grant prior to my arrival. To summon it up I’ve never had as such a good experience at any dealership prior in my life. Not that I buy cars often, but this purchase was easy and with no pressure whatsoever.
