Hagen has a very welcoming disposition and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying experience. To summon it up I’ve never had as such a good experience at any dealership prior in my life. Not that I buy cars often, but this purchase was easy and with no pressure whatsoever. Definitely makes me want to return to Fairfield Mercedes for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again.
