Nick spent over 90 minutes in person and by text explaining the details of the GTI... including my reservations concerning the suspension, infotainment, 19 inch rims etc. His knowledge and generosit explaining the details of the GTI... including my reservations concerning the suspension, infotainment, 19 inch rims etc. His knowledge and generosity of his time was unusual as I was simply a prospective buyer, cross shopping the GTI over the Subaru WRX. He even went far enough to let me drive on poor roads to alleviate my concerns. As a current owner of 2 new Subarus, the 5th and 6th of new Subarus in the past 24 years..... I had no reservations going to a new brand...VW. My reservations were totally unfounded as I currently have driven close to 1000 miles and thrilled not only with the performance but also with the comfort, tech, and luxe features I would expect in higher priced German cars. He still advises me on winter tires and rims weeks after my purchase. Nick is spot on. Barbara was a professional in every detail of the purchase and financing details. She found me a great rate without prepayment penalty. She even stayed late to enable my last minute Friday eve purchase in spite of her softball team needing her within the hour. She was great. Lastly, I believe it was Darius who sat with me in the car, well after the dealership closed to make sure I knew all the extensive tech. Subsequently I had no learning curve between Darius and Nick. He even gave me his card to call him with any questions in the future. I wish I had an IT pro that adept. It is striking to me that many 'professional' auto reviewers , even after driving the GTI for a week, still found the tech 'difficult'. In fact ...they are incorrect. I drove home from the dealer that night fully versed. I may have to commute 30 miles past the other VW dealers for service. Curran is simply, great. I'm enjoying my GTI Autobahn. More
