The service received was great. The person who checked us in was friendly and kept us informed. But your Sales Department is something to be desired. While waiting for our tru The person who checked us in was friendly and kept us informed. But your Sales Department is something to be desired. While waiting for our truck to be serviced we looked at the only vehicle on the floor. Our intention soon is to trade in our Ridgeline. Not one person on the sales floor approached us so we went outside and looked at vehicles. And there again noone approached us to help us. We then sat and waited for service to be done. When we received the bill we were directed to a person, who directed us to another person, who directed us to the receptionist. She was very pleasant and apologized for the confusion. My husband mentioned about no sales help and she said she noticed we were ignored. I told her we would have liked information on a vehicle but were not going to beg a salesman for help. I told the receptionist to mention this to her supervisor. We drove across town to have service done cause we originally bought our vehicle there and most of our setvice has been done there in the past. Wilde has just lost a customer. We will not be back. He went above and beyond what was expected and exceeded what was necessary to ensure we had a positive experience. I have been a long time Wilde customer and this encounter reinforced what I have always known. The experience with Darius made my son a believer in Wilde too. After he left, my son called me and said I know why you go to Wilde. Darius was awesome! Thank you Darius and keep up the outstanding work! More
