Really not happy at all with Honda of the Avenues. When they were trying to sell us cars, we heard from them nonstop. We purchased TWO CRVs. Roof rails (cross bars) were promised to us in the pkg. Honda promised they would arrive within a few days. It’s been over a week now. We’ve had to call them no less than four times. We feel like we’ve been lied to. We’re not even sure if they’re going to make good on their promise at this point. Darius was our sales person. Jared is the general manager. They have both failed us. We live at the beach and it’s not easy for us to travel to your location. Plus, we have very demanding jobs which consume a lot of our time. We were promised roof rails that still haven’t been delivered (or installed) and lifetime car washes (for free). Was that also a lie? I’ve been a Toyota owner for 21 years. I’m thinking I made a huge mistake. Wishing I could back out of this deal and get our money back. More
