Both during the test drive and after the sale, he gave me an excellent orientation to the controls and features, as well as helping me transfer all of my possessions from my Crosstrek to the new Forester outside on a cold, dark, and windy night. I have referred a number of friends to Jack, and he has provided the same helpful and enjoyable experience to them. He is always helpful and gentlemanly, and a pleasure to deal with.
