NEW WHEELS! You hear nightmare stories about buying a new vehicle. This wasn't the case with Tucson Subaru. We met up with Salesman Sean Johnson who was outstanding and very patient with our questions (we were giving up a 2001 PT Cruiser that had seen its days) so there were lots of new bells and whistles going into a 2018! Financing process needs to be done faster. We were exhausted leaving Financing! Closing on our home went much quicker! We don't make quick decisions and Jennifer was accommodating and sent brochures home for us to review with regard to "extras". We appreciated that. More

Salesman, Ken Murch is the best and made our car-buying experience a fun one and led us through the myriad of things that new car buying entails. He is a very friendly, warm and knowledgeable salesperson and followed up several times to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. Sales Manager, Loren Henry is very friendly and was helpful throughout the process also. Louie Ascenio, in Finance, was also very friendly, helpful and funny and explained each and every piece of paper we signed and went over the various extra services that we purchased for our new Outback Limited. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone if they want to have a GREAT experience purchasing a car and dealing with warm and extremely friendly individuals from the reception desk on back. More

Love Encore delivery Darla was very helpful in familiarizing me with the tech features of my new car. Her extensive background in technology education is most evident. She directed me how to manage all the controls and settings and talked me through it. This was the best way for me to learn. But due to my aging brain I may have to schedule another session with Darla in the future. More

She demonstrated how to use the safety/entertainment apps and devices and also explained the options and different ways I can access the technology. I especially appreciated her patience. I felt very comfortable asking her questions especially since I’m not real tech savvy. Having an expert hired to specifically help customers with the new technology is a real asset to your dealership. More
