I started communicating with Darlene via internet, where she invited me to come see the vehicle in person. When I arrived @ Hyundai of Waukesha Darlene greeted myself and husband and grandkids with such politeness. Not a pushy car salesperson, and we made a connection. Darlene will always be #1, ABOVE ALL THE OTHER CAR SALESPERSONS…..SHE IS EXCELLENT, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT AND VERY PERSONABLE….she’s like no other…..I drove away in a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe with affordable monthly payments. If you want a affordable SUV, I highly suggest the Santa Fe SUV. I was looking for SUVs for over 2 years and fell in love when I first drove this car. Darlene met us at the door, and we test drove the fore mentioned vehicles as well as a Nissan Rogue. I believe the next day we stopped back and bought the car. Great experience! More

I could have went to variou This is the second time in the last month that I drove to Boucher Hyundai Waukesha from Madison to purchase a new vehicle. I could have went to various Hyundai dealers in my area or even Illinois but the sales staff at Boucher are motivated to negotiate and close deals. The best part is I worked out most of the deal via text message with the new car sales manager, making it effortless when I arrived to pick up my car. They went through and explained all the features and made sure my wife was comfortable with her new Santa Fe before she drove off the lot. Ultimately it comes down to price and Boucher made me feel like they wanted my business and I feel went the extra mile. More
