Great experience getting a CPO C300 I had one of the best purchase experiences at the Mercedes-Benz Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. Awara Osman was very friendly and patiently answered I had one of the best purchase experiences at the Mercedes-Benz Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. Awara Osman was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions during the test-drives. I showed-up at the showroom to try a specific car but he asked the right questions and showed me the specs of four more cars (including some better deals). A great quality I could observe in him during the sale is that he let me comfortably decide on the car that met my expectations rather than convincing me to buy a particular car. This was a rare thing for me to experience because most of the sales consultants from other dealerships I interacted with in the last four months kept pushing me in some direction I didn't want to go in, resulting in confusion and dilemma. I think Awara's professionalism, customer-empathy and overall composure is actually reflection of his core personality. It worked big time. Keep it up :) I must also mention about the experience working with Darnell, from Finance. She's the most entertaining person I have ever met in a trade situation. And, the swiftness with which she processed the financing paperwork shows her tremendous experience in this field. She was prompt about gathering the required documents in one-go, resulting in seamless completion of paperwork. Thanks a lot :) Also, special appreciation for Elder Perez (Product Concierge), who explained features of the purchased car clearly, over an hour. More

After several dealerships and phone calls an inquiries I finally am an owner of a 2016 CPO Mercedes because of Flagship Motors in Lynnfield. Lets start with Danielle Keyes. In formative, knowledgeable personable and persistent Talked to her through emails and phone conversations and her demeanor and professional way about her was second to none. Even with her knowledge of my venturing off too other dealerships she never lost contact. For that I am grateful. She paired me with Karl Becker, who proceeded to give me knowledge and enlightened me on the 2016 Mercedes 300 I was eventually going to purchase. From the moment he introduced himself he was a breathe of fresh air. I have never been an owner of a Mercedes before and it was a little intimidating at first. But I pulled up , saw the car that was our first choice, which I feel is a sixth sense a car salesman has to have , to know just what to present and say to make a deal. Karl and Danielle did all of that. Sitting in the car for the first time with Karl was relaxing and informative and I was put at ease immediately and relaxed and enjoyed everything about a test drive. Yup I said it ENJOYED IT. So I leave the dealership like a kid waiting for Christmas knowing that my wife would have to like the car as well for it was going to be mainly her car. Need not fear, Karl came through. My wife saw the car and I right away knew she was about to be schooled by Karl and swayed into feeling the same as me. So Karl did the same thing to my wife , got her in the car explained things and when they emerged I knew it was a done deal. Karl has a way of conversing that is never condescending . I am so happy I ended up back at Flagship after my brief flirtation with other dealers. At Flagship all the cars are priced correctly which makes the painstaking negation nonexistent . You will know and feel like you got a good deal. My wife and I are now a part of the Mercedes family and anyone who is in the market for one should start and end their journey at Flagship. And lets not forget Darnell in finance. Nice, informative, congenial, walked us through the numbers and finalized everything . Thanks to everyone here at Flagship. I wasn’t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, “no negotiation,” They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. All in all I’m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process. More
