We decided to order a new build from Germany, and he kept us reassured and up to date on that process. Darnell Caruso-Stewart handled the final paperwork and helped us appreciate the merits of an extended warranty. And Suada Korenivic did a great job educating us on the sophisticated safety etc. features of the car on delivery day. Best luxury car in a small fuel-efficient package! I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasn't the right time I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasn't the right time. I met Paige Babcock initially, and she maintained contact at a level that I chose. It was not aggressive. She asked how often I wanted contacted, or if I did, and was respectful of my time. When I decided to buy, she made herself available, and was the perfect sales person. Also, I was not able to get the car during work time - so she literally delivered it to me at work, and went over everything!! I got the most beautiful flowers, and the best goody bag ever! Thanks Paige!!!!! A big positive shout-out to Darnell in finance. Likewise - she was down to earth and really knew her stuff. No hard pressure sales, but was very honest in helping me make objective good decisions for me. The manager always made sure to introduce themselves and work with me (and Paige) thanks Ken! It was very easy to work with this team!!! More

Her service went above and beyond any service I have ever received at a dealership. My transaction was a bit convoluted as it was transpiring just as I started a two week vacation in a remote location with limited cell service. Paige went miles out of her way to keep the transaction on track and secure a vehicle I would be happy with.
