Darnell walked me through the finance process and answered all my questions about leasing a car, which I have never done before. Suada showed me my newly purchased vehicle and all of its functions very graciously and made me feel so comfortable driving away in this new, beautiful car. What topped her service off was when i came to sign the paperwork, I needed starbucks she offered hers so i wouldn't have to go back out in the cold weather. I wouldn't offer my starbucks to anyone.😊 once my car was ready for pick up they had this wonder person Suada give me a tour of all the options that were new. She was so patient and her attention to detail about my vehicle was extra ordinary. Even took me on a quick test drive to show me how to work the self park feature on the car. The GM took time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before running to a meeting. Now that's service. All my friends will be sent to Kari and flagship. Amazing place to purchase a vehicle. Lovette, my salesperson this time, was patient, informed, informative, personable and easy going. I wasn't the easiest of customers, but he maintained his upbeat personality and patience throughout the process (aka ordeal). He kept in touch throughout the process and spent so much time explaining options and then the features of the vehicle. I truly am a happy customer. Lastly, the roses were a nice touch from the GM, who also greeted and thanked me for my continued business So bottom line, the staff at Flagship is the reason I will be returning once again.
