Jim is completely knowledgeable of his product line and was able to answer any and all questions asked of him. He's as interested in building friendships as in building a long client list. I have purchased several cars in the past and this experience was hands down the absolute best. I arrived at 930AM and Sabrina had me driving off the lot at 1130AM with my pre-owned C300. Sabrina was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely attentive. 4 days later I realized I needed the E-Class instead, Sabrina said NO PROBLEM and I was off in my E350 this time within an hour. No hassle, no questions, just amazing service. Special thank you to Darnell as well for putting up with me twice :) If you are in the market for a Mercedes you need to go to this dealership. I can not say enough about my experience at Flagship. Everyone I worked with, especially Darnell in the office who went out of her way to help arrange the paper signing at a convenient time and location for me, and my sales associate Steve Schepici who was remarkable. Steve was patient and always available to answer questions with competance and good humor! I purchased the car as a gift and He helped me to orchestrate a wonderful birthday surprise right down to personnally hiding the Miata in my garage with bow and all, making me feel as though he were just as excited as I was. This was a Great and Stress-free experience. I could not have done it without the excellent customer service I recieved from Darnell and Steve. We would certainly plan on returning to Flagship if there is ever a Mercedes in our future! More

Darnell Caruso-Stewart was my product specialist and I have to say that she was AMAZING!! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and showed me all the details, functions and perks to my new upgraded vehicle. She was honest, straight forward and seemed just as excited as I was on upgrading to my new car. Darell went above and beyond and I imagine that with a sales consultant as sweet and personable as her she will have many returning customers!!
