New Prius Fantastic Dealership (Salesman: Steve Hennecke) My salesman was Steve Hennecke. I had been looking for a used Hybrid. I considered Ford, Toyota and some cars available at CARMAX. After talking t My salesman was Steve Hennecke. I had been looking for a used Hybrid. I considered Ford, Toyota and some cars available at CARMAX. After talking to me for a few minutes he showed me a car, which I did not buy. Steve (by asking questions) got me to consider a new Prius. Then once he told me about the financing deals and what the different car payments would be he found me a Prius. I loved the Prius but not the color. The dealership found exactly the car I wanted, in the color I wanted with all the features I wanted and none of the features I do not want. Then went out and got it for me. He delivered it to me last night. He sync'd my phone and my wife's phone and went over all the features. Then he called me today to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Yes I am! More

I, of course, got bad news of having to replace steering pump and some other stuff that would've cost more than what my car was worth, so I decided to look into leasing. toyota let me use a loaner car for a while until I found the car I wanted to lease. I had to change my appointment with Tyler a couple times and he was very accommodating. I was cosigning with my dad, and he was running late to our appointment but Tyler made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was easy to talk to, sweet, genuine, and helpful! He especially was helpful when he was connecting my phone to my car... I was not very tech savvy at first since I was coming from a 2003 car to new 2018. I would say go to Tyler if you need help at Molle Toyota, he made it super nice and easy! More

Great Car Buying Experience! Molle does it right. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I picked the vehicle I wanted, Getting the numbers done took about 15 minutes and I was in a Molle does it right. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I picked the vehicle I wanted, Getting the numbers done took about 15 minutes and I was in and out of Financing within 10 minutes. The only wait I experienced was the time it took them to prep the car, which was totally fine and understandable. I want to thank Clayton, Beth and Darnell for a great car-buying experience! Misrepresentation by sales persons I've been looking for a hybrid for awhile and decided to drive the Rav4 to see if I liked it. I did and the sales person did a good job finding the r I've been looking for a hybrid for awhile and decided to drive the Rav4 to see if I liked it. I did and the sales person did a good job finding the right vehicle for me. I'd been in contact with the internet sales person (definitely do this first to get a hassle free price!) so was satisfied with the deal. There was also a $2500 rebate offered which made it more attractive. The sales person said the rebate expired the next day, a Sunday and Toyota said that after that 'they were on their own' and no more rebates would be offered on the 2018 Rav4. Since Molle is closed on Sunday, I believed my only chance for the rebate was to close the deal, so I did. When I went back in to pick up my vehicle after they added a couple of options, I noticed a bunch of rebate signs on other vehicles. Another sales person noticed my confusion and I said I thought the rebate ended on September 30th. He asked 'what did you buy?' and I said a Rav4. He said 'the Rav4 rebate ended on September 30th.' Ok, I believed him. When I was contacted by another dealer, I told them I bought the Rav4 because the rebate ended and I didn't want to miss it. They told me I had been misled and it was extended to October 31st. The sales person told me in no uncertain terms that it was definitely ending and would NOT be extended. He said that was the official word from Toyota. I understand that the sales person might not have know that Toyota would extend the rebate and if he had said that, I would be fine. I could have made the decision to take a risk on the rebate or taken the sure thing. What makes me angry is that he intentionally misled me to close the deal. I was also not especially thrilled with the finance person. Despite the fact that I was clearly making the deal and signing the paperwork, he kept pushing the paperwork toward my husband. He also referred to the his co-workers handling the paperwork in the back as 'my girls'. As a professional woman, I thought his behavior was insensitive at best. I prefer to do business with a dealer who I trust to be honest and who doesn't refer to women as 'girls'. Although I bought a vehicle I hope to enjoy and feel that I got a fair price, I won't be back. I would have trouble believing them. More

Molle Toyota Is A Top Notch Dealership I went to Molle Toyota to renew a lease for my RAV4 Hybrid (GREAT car!). From the time I walked in around 10:30 am, the people there were very friendl I went to Molle Toyota to renew a lease for my RAV4 Hybrid (GREAT car!). From the time I walked in around 10:30 am, the people there were very friendly. I guess it happened that Saturday morning is a particularly busy time as it ended up taking about 2 1/2 hours to complete the entire process (I was renewing my lease early; don't know if that had anything to do with it). Anthony Gooden was my sales person and Darnell Johnson was the financial officer. Both were professional, very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would give Molle five stars but for the lengthy time the whole process took. I was not prepared to wait so long. Fortunately, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. More

We bought our new car from Randy at Molle! One of our vehicles was hit and totaled. We heard about the Toyota financing on the 2018 vehicles to make room for the 2019 that are on the way. We liked the experience so much that a week later we purchased another 2018 from him when our other vehicle was diagnosed needing a new catalytic converter. We have been treated great and felt no pressure at any time. More
