I received excellent customer service from Cory. He was professional, prompt and easy to work with. The part I am confused is why the extended warranty is such a hassle to cancel. The loan officer made it easy for me to sign the day I bought the car and provided me the cancelation form when I requested it only 2 days later. I had to call and email the company myself and the amount to be sure it canceled and the amount still hasn't been taken off the loan. Why does a refund check need to be issued for a loan I didn't even start paying yet? And go through so many hands. This part left me wondering if I should give your business an excellent review or not. More
