He answered my questions with a lot of patience and I took my time buying the vehicle because this is the first Subaru I have purchased. Since I am over 600 hundred miles from the dealership, I did not know who to trust. Darrell sent me videos of the car and then also sent me videos when he added some extras for me. That made me feel more confident as I have had bad experiences with other dealers. Five Star had the car that I wanted at a fair price and Darrell treated me with respect and even though we completed the deal through Internet there were no surprises except good ones as Darrell was so kind enough to pick me up at the airport when I picked up the car. My experience with Darrell Cooper is he always treated me kindly from the beginning to the end of the sale. I very very rarely recommend someone but he went out of his way to make the buying experience easy for me. If I ever bought another new Subaru, I would definite talk to him first. I give him a 10+ with regards to my experience. More

I felt like they worked for me and were fighting to get me the best deal My purchase required the sales team to go the extra mile and they did that. They setup a one on one training session to go over my vehicle and give me the training I needed to understand how to operate everything. In this day of highly technological vehicles this is greatly needed. I will gladly return here to get my vehicle serviced and for purchasing future vehicles. More

Nice car. But pricey Darrell is excellent. I recommend him. He did good getting me the car that i want. Not the exact color though. But the car that i got is nice. Little Darrell is excellent. I have to figure out myself when i got home. I think i paid more amount and was not explained to me . The brand new car had some things needed to be fix already. The moon roof has some problem. I need to come back to get it fix. Its been 3 days since i bought the car. And i love it. More

Between my wife and I (over the years), we have had a Dodge, Ford, Chevy, 2 Toyota’s, Honda, and Mercury...and not once have I ever been impressed by my car, or dealership. Until Five Star. You won’t find a better dealership, better people, or better vehicles. FIRST OFF, Dee is just absolutely amazing, and you MUST take her on boarding class after buying your Subaru. Our Finance guy, Brian, was funny and relaxed, and just plain great. Darrell Cooper was a laid back salesperson who just spent time getting to know us rather than trying to assume he knew what we wanted ahead of time. Stephen, one of the managers came out to greet us during the process, and helped us personally select a car and didn’t push other vehicles when we said what we wanted. And, they both had great attitudes the whole way! Not to forget Michael, Brian, or anyone else in the service department...you won’t find a better team out there for your car.
