Incredible experience. This is the way all new-car purchase experiences should be. Every touch point was open, honest, transparent and clear, and at no point did we ever feel pressured or forced into purchase experiences should be. Always a bit unsure when buying used car. Online info and salesman made it easy. "one person" sales approach was great. Darrell Haskins was great to work with when I was shopping for my new SUV. I live in Jackson, Tn. and could not test drive on my first visit due to eye dilation. Darrell followed up by email and pho shopping for my new SUV. I live in Jackson, Tn. and could not test drive on my first visit due to eye dilation. Darrell followed up by email and phone call. I went back a week later to test drive. He had the car I was interested in ready when I arrived. I wanted to look at another SUV I saw on line and he had it ready when I finished the test drive on the first SUV. I drove the Signature and bought it that day. Darrell has again followed up with emails and phone call to see if I had any questions. More

Nelson Mazda is quite literally phenomenal in everything from service to sales. Twice in 6 years they have gone above and beyond for me when the reason I needed another vehicle was beyond my control. Devin from service to sales. Twice in 6 years they have gone above and beyond for me when the reason I needed another vehicle was beyond my control. Devin went on the hunt for a discontinued part. He even got the diagnostic fee waived knowing I was facing a more expensive issue than I’d planned for that day. Chaz was so friendly and encouraging and caring every single moment, always checking on me and assisting Darrell. Darrell worked after close trying to find a car for me. And the day I had a medical procedure, knowing I was stressed, sent a text with a video message to let me know there were people in my corner. Andrew spent an entire day and well after hours texting me and checking with multiple banks on different vehicles, determined to find a solution. And he did! I was really bummed to be parting with my 2013 Mazda 6, but beyond floored over the 2017 Ford Escape that he was able to get me approved for. The payment is higher, but Andrew was respectful of my financial parameters and at no point did he or Darrell make me feel pressured. In the meantime, Devin found a used part, and unfortunately even with the amount he was going to try to take off the overall price, it was still out of my budget. Financing another vehicle was the correct way to go. I truly thank the Lord for working through everyone at Nelson Mazda! Again! I used to work for the Fish and Doug Griffin had recommended I try you guys back in 2015 when my newly paid off car died a big death. BOTH experiences, but especially this one, has made me a Mazda fan and a Nelson Mazda customer for life! Thank you all SO much for truly taking care of me. I’m grateful to be in a safe and reliable vehicle, and to be able to tell everyone about what you guys did for me. Thank you!! More
