Although, my father and I don't necessarily have the greatest financial situation, Jerry worked with us and really showed that he went above and beyond to get us a new car. Honestly, I was expecting a terrible experience because that is what is usually expected when going to a dealership, but our experience was quite the opposite. We did not feel pressured with Mr. Gonzalez and he even made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed. We also worked with Darrell Pork, and although our time with him wasn't extensive, it was very pleasant. He was very professional and friendly as well. Overall, I would definitely give both Jerry and Darrel top ratings. They were both very pleasant and would definitely recommend them and Norm Reeves Honda to friends and family! More

We had an early appointment with Ed Mahdavi to have an appraisal on a possible trade-in and hopef What a great experience my daughter and I had today! We had an early appointment with Ed Mahdavi to have an appraisal on a possible trade-in and hopefully having my daughter drive away in a brand new Honda! Well I have to say Ed, together with the sales manager and Darrell from finance went two for two! At first I wasn't sure we were going to be able to do this deal because of the trade in, ( a 5 series BMW with high mileage) and my daughter had no expectation of driving a new car anytime soon! But the nice thing about Ed and his team is we all got on the same sheet of music at the very beginning and my daughter got out from under a bad situation with that Beemer and now she is behind the wheel of a fine automobile!! (2014 Honda Civic). And her payments are exactly where they needed to be. Ed and his sales manager were very courteous and assisted us in getting the numbers to work for us. I understand every deal may not go exactly how we want, but today it did for us and I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos to anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda. Thanks Ed!! More
