HERBERT WAS AMAZING !!!! Did my research through CarsDirect.com for the best price and led me to Darrell as my contact. Weeks later went down for a test drive, went up to the office and talked dollars. I got the lowest prices in writing that their able to sale the car for. I Left to do more price comparisons WITHOUT any sales tactics to buy on the spot. What helps also was that I'd walked in there with a pre-approved loan with a number already in mind. All the other Honda dealer out there wanted to play games, giving me quotes that was $500 - $800 from what was quoted from Norm Reeves. Deal was struck over the phone, Darrell was able to get me into a lower interest rate through Honda Financial while staying true to the agreed price. Internet team was a pleasure to deal with, thanks Darrell. Norm Reeves, stay true and away from the used cars tactics! You guys are truly the best! Loving my 2014 Honda Accord Sport!!!! More

Our sales associate, Darrell Pork, was VERY efficient! He even rushed to the dealership from church to help us! He was very straight to the point and there was a no-nonsense vibe fro him that my husband and even rushed to the dealership from church to help us!
