Darrell and I had an appointment at 12 but he was still working with another customer. Which is fine sometimes xxxx happens. The staff besides (Darrell and johnathan) were distant and did not acknowledge m working with another customer. Which is fine sometimes xxxx happens. It wasnt till after purchase everyone was friendly also the xxxxxxxx lack of negotiation on the car end up paying sticker.... honda you need to work on your prices. I will not recommend the dealership to anyone on base. Was not a fan of all the back office xxxx talking either. Darrell and Johnathan were great during the time they understand my dislike for dealerships. More

Not sure who Emil Pritchett is… I CAN say that all wasn’t explained to me with the warranty. Sneaky way to get me to sign on something when they knew my focus was on a lower interest rate and present wasn’t explained to me with the warranty. Sneaky way to get me to sign on something when they knew my focus was on a lower interest rate and present that info without giving me full disclosure on the warranty cost. These are the things that give car dealerships a bad name. Also wouldn’t budge on the cost of the car even tho I took a low trade in and gave another $1000 of my own. Praying the car is good for a very long time so I don’t have to deal with these snakes for a very long time. More
