Purchased 4 Hondas at this location thru Bale and McLarty. There will not be a 5th. Mr. Green in sales is great. I don't have a problem with work in service dept although they have lost most of th McLarty. There will not be a 5th. Mr. Green in sales is great. I don't have a problem with work in service dept although they have lost most of the old time good mechanics. Strike one was replacing belt tensioner and belt. They wanted to charge full flat rate as 2 independent jobs. When you remove a belt tensioner you remove the belt. The only additional charge should be for the belt. Once I brought this to their attention they charged me correctly but not to everyone. Strike 2, tranny fluid and differential fluid change is double the cost of Honda dealer on other side of the river. They will not match competitor's cost. After 4 new Honda purchases, they will not get my next new buy. Be sure to call around and get quotes on repairs. More

Ramon was great and wanted to help us out in every way possible. Just the whole “negotiation” process was just odd with all the sales managers in a box. I had to cosign to even get a good deal. Last time I tried to get a car here, they ran my credit 5x and tanked my credit score 50 pts in one day. Thankfully it didn’t happen this time and Ramon was very great. More
