Another solid job by Service Advisor and by the Tech. This was “old school” mechanics as he had to tear apart, clean and reassemble mechanism. Superb job! Done in about an hour while I waited. Awesome experience I had been to 3 other dealers before I went to Sanders for. I met Brandon and his manager and they treated me with much respect They both worked with I had been to 3 other dealers before I went to Sanders for. I met Brandon and his manager and they treated me with much respect They both worked with me to my satisfaction witch the other 3 dealers didn't. They took the time to hear me out my mother and grandfather. I will never as London as I live in nc buy another Ford unless it's from Sanders Ford. Go see Brandon there I believe he is the best. Very polite professional. Not enough space to say how great they are. Buy from them you wont regret it. More

Met Darren (Sales Manager) what an xxx, very matter of fact, wouldn't try and listen to me. Stated we were $7500 dollars off and that's all he could do. Have a 720+ credit rating, current trade at 3% interest. Was ready to sign on dotted line, didn't even try to come close to my current payment. Looking at other Ford Dealerships to make the trade. You know it's bad when the sales person has to call you and see if you are alright after you left and then apologize for the way their Sales Manager acted... More
