After looking at multiple vehicle Gaston nailed my very first ever brand new vehicle. Not only did he make my day but I believe we made each other's day after he heard it was my first new vehicle and he co first ever brand new vehicle. Sanders Ford helped me out of a bad predicament my rear window would not go back up. I didn't have a appointment but Miss Tiffany and Steve Flores got my 21 power boost f150 in to check on the window and i window would not go back up. It was a switch not sending power to the window and the service department had it fixed in under a hour. Outstanding dealership and I greatly appreciate all the folks in the service department for getting the best service department in Jacksonville NC. More

For my $ and my business - and I think long term - this is who you should do business with. You won’t be sorry. My Ford F-150 just tripped over 360,000 miles and runs fine. There’s a reason - quality and solid service. Service department is completely incompetent and end up doing more damage than fixing, if you want your vehicle damaged or ran out of fuel then by far 10 out of 10 take it to this dealership to get worked doing more damage than fixing, if you want your vehicle damaged or ran out of fuel then by far 10 out of 10 take it to this dealership to get worked on and Steven Flores and his department of dimwitted technicians will definitely do that for you, and while you check in you get the added bonus of having to argue and listen to the snooty voice of Ally Mckee. This dealership should be shut down More

I had a rear transmission problem with my car. My primary contact with Sanders Ford for this project was Jake. Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control My primary contact with Sanders Ford for this project was Jake. Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control (e.g., waiting for parts; the identification of a new problem after fixing the original problem, which may have contributed to the initial problem; and getting a replacement technician) Jake was SUPER, and answered all questions, and did his best to keep me informed. The members of the technical crew also did a FANTASTIC job on getting my car fixed. I am very happy :o) More

Took my 2022 F450 in for tire rotation and balance. Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was still unsafe to drive as even stated by service manager. Gave the truck to service for another week. They took the truck to two other shops. Removed liquid weights and added beads to balance. It’s drivable but not over 72 miles an hour. Service Manager is completely inept. While breaking down tires 2x the dealership tore up my polished aluminum (factory) wheels. They agreed to have my wheels polished out and then 3 days later get a call from GM refusing to repair my wheels. Sub par work and sub par attitude. This is the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. More
