I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles! This company is fraudulent. I came in for an oil change and to rotate tires. After 2 and 1/2 hours my husband went to check and the car was up on the lift but no one was working on it. Then he went back 15 minutes later and th After 2 and 1/2 hours my husband went to check and the car was up on the lift but no one was working on it. Then he went back 15 minutes later and the car was down with the hood up but nobody's working on it. He asked the mechanic what was going on and the mechanic cryptically told him that he couldn't get the tires off with the lug nut key of mine. The lug nut key was damaged and he couldn't get the tires off. This would have been nice to know 2 hours ago. And how the lug nut key got damaged, I don't know. Because I've always had my tires rotated at your dealership. A little communication could have gone a long long way if that mechanic had just said to somebody- hey I'm having an issue and I need some help or I can't do this work today. Let's get the customer back on the road. I've done the oil change. Darren was great. He asked the service manager to replace our lug nut key and it is now on order. If I could make a request to not have the same mechanic work on the vehicle when tires are rotated that would be appreciated. More
