Very bad experience overall. Finance Department pulled a hard credit report from 5 different lenders, even though we informed them from the start that we would be using GM Financ Finance Department pulled a hard credit report from 5 different lenders, even though we informed them from the start that we would be using GM Financing as we had done on our previous vehicles.
