He searched for exactly what I was looking for, found a 2014 Ford Escape at another location and shipped it to Phil Long. He worked with me to understand all terms and options, explaining the benefits of leasing and buying to help me decide what's best for me. We worked through email to review payment plans. Upon deciding terms, I asked one final time for a price reduction which they approved with no fuss. Upon delivery he showed me all aspects of the car, sitting with me for 45 minutes to teach all functionality. I will certainly recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

First Vehicle Purchase When I first went in, I was nervous, trying to show a "hard" exterior and not be as friendly as I should have been. Chai was the first Salesman to hel When I first went in, I was nervous, trying to show a "hard" exterior and not be as friendly as I should have been. Chai was the first Salesman to help me. We looked at Ford Explorers 13'-14'. He was very helpful, let us test drive an Ecoboost vehicle and explained everything about the SUV very well. Chai was very honest and literally was trying to help me spend as little money as possible. After some thinking on my own, I wanted to test drive an F-150 just to settle the battle inside myself. I was able to do so with Darren Lucero. He was also very helpful in explaining features about the truck and he was honest and upfront with me in helping decide about finances. When I was finally ready to make a purchase, I went back in on a super busy day for the store (Mustang Weekend or something like that). All the salesmen were busy, yet they were still able to help me in my wheelings and dealings on this busy day to purchase the truck. As soon as Chai was available he came back to help me and was extremely honest, friendly and helped with the final price of the truck. All in all, I was very satisfied with my experiences at Phil Long Ford. I will definitely shop here in the future as long as I am able to be treated as I was at this store. No hassles, games, or pushyness like I found at other dealerships. Thank you for a great first car buying experience. More

Andy and Darren were both great help. They new the Ford F-150's very well. All the package differences and models for one truck can be confusing and they were very helpful in weeding through the mess. Th F-150's very well. They gave me a fair value for my old vehicle and found a good financing rate. The process did take quite a while to buy the truck. Between test drives, wife's color and model approvals or disapprovals, detailing, fueling up the truck(yes they gave me it with full fuel even though my trade in was on empty :-)), financing, disappearing on Darren a few times while I walked the lot getting my head straight, etc. Take your time and get what you need and maybe a bit more. More
