I purchased a car there a few weeks back and getting the title and registration paperwork sorted out has been a royal pain in the butt. There has been a lot of slow communication and finger pointing. I’m at a point now where we finally worked through a bunch of the xx and I have my registration and title in the state that I live in. But I’m still getting alerts that the dealership is working through a title agency to send me more information possibly more license plate information. I really want the Hodges Mazda to quit screwing with my paperwork. Our deal is over with. I have communicated this information to the dealership until I’m blue in the face and the feedback and the response is incredibly slow More
