I’m one who does not like the “dealership experience”; past two vehicles were purchased through CU auto buying service which removed me from having to deal with all the sales and financial interaction. Salesman was engaging and not pushy. But I drove a considerable distance and it took 12 days from my purchase date to get the vehicle. Admittedly some extenuating circumstances. But they finally came through with what I wanted. More

I purchased a car there a few weeks back and getting the title and registration paperwork sorted out has been a royal pain in the butt. There has been a lot of slow communication and finger pointing. But I’m still getting alerts that the dealership is working through a title agency to send me more information possibly more license plate information. My first time driving a Mazda was in the 1990’s when my father would lend me his pickup truck to pick up one of my kids. Then my brother and my mom had Mazda cars, drove those too back in Puerto Rico. Ever father would lend me his pickup truck to pick up one of my kids. Then my brother and my mom had Mazda cars, drove those too back in Puerto Rico. Ever since, they have always bought Mazda’s cars. What I love about Mazda is how easy it is to drive. I needed to buy a second car and my budget was very limited. I searched, asked looked at different cars, went to different dealers (some were actually dismissive and unkind) and it was very hard to make a decision, until Austin Powell sent me a video showing me a new Mazda. Of course it was out of my budget but I called and explained my situation. I am so grateful that I decided to do that. He was very polite and a gentleman. My grandson went with me and was amazed to see a sports car they had in the front of the dealer. He also asked some questions and a very nice salesman answered them. When it was time to do the financing paperwork Matthew Tudor was very polite, kind and helpful. This has been the best experience ever. Thank you Hodges Mazda, best dealer in Florida. More
