Dealer assured me that I would qualify for the loyalty accelerator program when I turned in my lease, even after I purchased my car. After I turned in my lease I got hit with the bill for turning the car accelerator program when I turned in my lease, even after I purchased my car. I live in Texas. They would not sell the car to me unless I would come to Atlanta in person to do the transaction. We have internet today. We have internet sales. We have the pandemic. Sorry for the negative but honest review. I was mid lead on the availability of a certain vehicle for 4 days and then radio silence.... Is it even legal to advertise a vehicle for sale that was built per or on the availability of a certain vehicle for 4 days and then radio silence.... As always, RBM meets my expectations and Darren was great! I am an avid Mercedes buyer and have bought for the last 15 years from RBM. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I I am an avid Mercedes buyer and have bought for the last 15 years from RBM. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I can say he is the best sales adviser I have ever had. I typically deal with another sales person at RBM, but this time I decided to try someone knew as I wasn't getting the response from my old adviser and didn't want to keep waiting. I am glad I made the change. Darren has passion for cars and for the brand - I know a lot about cars, specifically Mercedes and I expect my adviser to know as much if not more than me, but more than that I want them to have the same passion I do for the brand, and Darren does. He was great, I recommend seeking him out specifically as hes a great person, and a great adviser! He was so good I brought in my wife as well as she was due for a car, she loved him as well. Great job to RBM for bringing on Darren! More
