Sorry for the negative but honest review. I was mid lead on the availability of a certain vehicle for 4 days and then radio silence.... Is it even legal to advertise a vehicle for sale that was built per or on the availability of a certain vehicle for 4 days and then radio silence.... Taylor Whitmire turned me into a Mercedes customer for life! First off, lets talk about how laid back this dealership is! For me this is very important because I do not respond well to high sell tactics. On top First off, lets talk about how laid back this dealership is! For me this is very important because I do not respond well to high sell tactics. On top of that when you walk in you are offered an assortment of drinks, snacks, etc. which is a nice touch. I came to this particular dealership because they had a specific vehicle I was interested in but I also needed a decent price on my trade-in vehicle. I was working through their online “makemydeal” which I particularly like because I could do everything through online communication. Colin asked that I come in so they could give a proper evaluation on my trade. As they did I met Taylor W. who took me for a test drive in the vehicle I wanted. I studied up on this vehicle before going but Taylor still managed to surprise me with new knowledge. After the drive I loved the vehicle (CLA 250) and was very impressed with all the features and the speed associated to this 2.0 engine (definitely has a lot of pick up). I told Taylor the figure I had in mind and Colin came in and was honest about what he could do without “haggling”. It was nice not to go back and forth for 30 mins. Once we agreed on price they detailed the vehicle and I was able to sign the papers in 15mins. In addition, the interest rate through Mercedes is very competitive. All-in-all I’ve never looked at Mercedes before but they are definitely attracting younger buyers and very reasonably priced with their options, much more so than BMW or Audi. Overall, this was such a nice experience and has made me a Mercedes man for life. I’ve owned many vehicles and have never had an experience like this to be completely honest. I will definitely send anyone in the market for a vehicle to this dealership! BTW, Taylor is the negotiator, educator, and facilitator…the man does it all! More

Second, you never even feel like you're being sold. Taylor Whitmire was outstanding the entire way through. They truly make you feel like you are part of the Mercedes family. Taylor was always polite and never pushy while patiently (and I mean PATIENTLY) explaining all the alternatives. He has intimate knowledge of his product and has a talent for emphasizing its benefits while never disparaging the competition. As important to my wife as his help in making the purchase decision has been his after the sale help in learning to operate the CLS's electronic systems. My experience of this purchase with RBM is very, very, very happy, I can't say much besides "everything is very good, more than expectation", little more about the details: people are nice(real nice, not very happy, I can't say much besides "everything is very good, more than expectation", little more about the details: people are nice(real nice, not pretend to be nice), the car is in a good shape, there is no crapy car, no ok car, only good cars there, the car I bought with, new tires, well presented, feels good to drive, and the price they will get you is better than reasonable, so if you are looking for a good dealership, I fully recommend this one, which you can trust and rely them to get you a car with lots of happiness. More
