He kept us in the loop on everything going on and we had a very smooth delivery. It was a little bit disappointing to go in the dealership and have him talk to me without even knowing who I was not even a month later. This is my third car purchase and I felt a lot like a dollar sign instead of an actual person after that. My real problem is with the service department. I declined the extended warranty offered along the advice of many people wiser than me, including many Subaru mechanics. I was very glad that I did that considering when I brought my car in with a very apparent rattling the techs at NW Hills "could not hear anything." I left and heard the car rattling right away. I returned my car two days later and got a loaner vehicle. This was by far the worst loaner vehicle I have ever encountered. It was damaged, interior was stained, and it had a terrible smell. The tech's "thought" they "fixed" the issue on my car. I can't believe that a dealership would allow a customer to leave with the "assumption" not known fact that the issue is fixed. I own the fact that I bought a used, non-certified car from this dealership, but I do believe that if you do not have techs capable of working on out-of-brand cars, you need to send the vehicle to a dealership that does. Which, I would like to add, I was told would always be the case when they were trying to sell the warranty to me. Because of the very incompetent service department and the frustration I experienced because of them, I will never return to this dealership again. More

E Vin and the entire team at NWH listened to my leased vehicle situation and were determined to help. The entire process was low pressure high impact. Each of the other team members, including the owner, all made it a point to stop by and say hello and to make sure my needs were being addressed in the best way possible. Vin worked with the finance team and came up with a deal that worked for everyone. I drove away happy knowing that my daughter will be in a new, safe, under warranty vehicle and that I shed the burden of the off-lease vehicle just by stopping by the dealership. More

After speaking to Sean we were introduced to Darren the finance guy who really made all of our paperwork a very easy and pleasant experience. Once we were done there it was time for my wife and i to see our new car a stunning Yukon Denali our salesman Vin was totally awesome he took quite a while with my wife and I showing us all of the features in our new car from setting up Onstar and pairing our phones he went through all of the hands free apps he helped my wife set the seat and her mirrors as she will be the primary driver. We have purchased many new vehicles and Vin made our delivery experience the best to date. He also answered any questions we had. Once he was done we left very happy and confident with our purchase i would highly recommend Sullivan`s Dealerships to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.. More

I spe I recently completed the purchase of another vehicle from Northwest Hills and, as always, it was a very professional and satisfying experience. I spent a significant amount of time researching the vehicle I was interested in and the team at Northwest Hills was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me build the car I wanted. They were always courteous and never pushy when it came to closing the sale. It's very evident to me that their business philosophy is one based upon building customer relationships and not one based upon selling cars. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to buying additional cars from them in the future. More

Good experience The staff at this dealership demonstrates professionalism and courtesy and makes the purchase experience a pleasant one. There were no maudlin attempt The staff at this dealership demonstrates professionalism and courtesy and makes the purchase experience a pleasant one. There were no maudlin attempts to ingratiate themselves or to attempt to strong-arm or embarrass you into making the purchase. Throughout the process, I was treated with appropriate respect and my questions were answered clearly. There was no attempt to force added purchases, no effort to frighten you into purchasing something you were not sure you wanted or needed. They presented the availability of accessories that could be added and explained their purpose but did not force the issue if you did not want to buy them. At delivery, the car was pristine and the salesman took all the time I needed to explain the controls and answer any questions I had on operation of the vehicle and its accessories. Quite surprisingly, the car was delivered to me with a full tank of gas, a wonderful touch of courtesy to the purchase experience with this dealer. Vin Kjersgaard and Howard Hudimatch were truly gentlemen throughout the process of negotiation and sale. They know their product and make the purchase a comfortable experience. More

Worth the trip!!!! Very happy with my experience with your dealership. Vin Kjersgaard was very prompt, thorough and courteous when responding to my inquiry. Having spent Very happy with my experience with your dealership. Vin Kjersgaard was very prompt, thorough and courteous when responding to my inquiry. Having spent many years as a salesman in the powersports industry (motorcycles, ATV's, personal watercraft, snowmobiles and utility vehicles) it was interesting to be on the "other side of the desk". In addition I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 16 years. All aspects were handled proffessionally and courteously. I was in the Finance Office for about 2 hours but only because Darren Schwartz and I were bench racing about our years of motocross racing. More
