My husband and I had a horrible time with another dealership and we were thinking of not even buying a car. We decided to check out Chevy and see what they had to offer. From the moment we walked i dealership and we were thinking of not even buying a car. We decided to check out Chevy and see what they had to offer. From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. Vin, our salesman, was awesome! He wasn't pushy at all. He knew what he was talking about and helped us decide on a new car. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, right down to signing the papers with Darren. They all made the experience a pleasant one. We love the car and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

I would give this dealership an A+ rating. I found Dave Paolino to be an honest and a stand up guy.The fact that i didn't feel " like i was robbed ", made the puchase of my truck a pleasent one. We lived in PA for over 20 years and thought our experience there was tops. Well, our experience at Northwest Dealerships topped it. Unlike many people, I dread buying a new car. It usually means saying hello to a car payment I have been happily living without. And I'm not a fan of investing money in cars - it's a losing proposition, so means saying hello to a car payment I have been happily living without. And I'm not a fan of investing money in cars - it's a losing proposition, so I can be a pretty reluctant customer and I have no patience with sales pressure. But here I am, in a situation where my business needs to purchase a new vehicle. I researched vehicles for about three months prior to contacting a dealer and it was Jessie Santiago that answered the phone when I called. I told him what I was looking to accomplish (and that I wasn't overly thrilled about it, either) and within the week, I was driving the new 2014 GMC Acadia that meets all of the needs of my business - and it didn't break the bank. Jessie introduced me to several of the other team members who all had occasion to assist me in one way or another and I have no reservation in stating that everyone at this dealer is committed to customer satisfaction - not just customer service, but satisfaction. This dealer is a bit of a distance from where I live, but I won't hesitate to return and to recommend NWH to others in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle. More

When I pulled into the parking lot to look at vehicles, within a short time Dave met me in the lot and produced keys to what I wanted to look at. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but was really i within a short time Dave met me in the lot and produced keys to what I wanted to look at. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but was really in no hurry to purchase. Once I looked at the Terrain, I was pretty much in love! I called Dave the following day and made arrangements to test drive on Saturday. When my husband and I got to the dealership, both vehicles were outside, warming up. Dave was quick to assure me to take the car for as long a test as needed. Although Dave is a relatively new sales person, he was very knowledgable about the Terrain, totally able to answer any questions I could come up with. He was very personable and friendly through out the sale. Howard went the extra mile for me in obtaining the trade in value I wanted on my car. There was no pressure from Darren about any "extras" when I signed the paperwork. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour and on the road with my new vehicle. All in all, it was an easy purchase, made all that much nicer by not being pressured in any way and I found all at the dealership to be very friendly and attentive. More
