Darren was very friendly, informative and went over the lease paperwork with me. Ford offered some amenities i have not had eith previous companies. Vic got stuck showing me a number of vehicles ranging from a 2017 Escape, to a 2019 Escape, and a 2019 Edge.that he had to locate and drive up to me for my look see. He did it all seemingly happily. He and Dave answered all of my questions and were very accommodating in making me want to purchase a vehicle from you. Darren made the paperwork painless and quick. Awesome experrience! From the time I walked in the door, everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and they met my every need! I was shopping for an F1 From the time I walked in the door, everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and they met my every need! I was shopping for an F150 to pull my camper, and was introduced to Victor Bay. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the truck, queried our needs, and exceeded them! They located a vehicle, sent someone to get it and discovered it had been damaged - refused delivery, and continued the search - found another in Rhode Island!! exactly what we were looking for, and at a very reasonable price. Darren Sneddon guided us thru the financing - should say breezed us thru it - very thorough, professional!! They've got a customer for life!!! More
