I felt very comfortable dealing with Darren. I made at least 3 visits to Rallye to road test different models before I finalized my choice. Darren was always courteous and helpful. The day I ordered my X3 I brought my sister with me, introduced her to Darren and she also ordered a X3 that day from Darren. We picked up our cars on 12/19/16. The process was effortless. Upset 😭 I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I hea I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I heard my car alarm going off so I jump out of bed so I could turn it off so I do not disturb the neighbors. I look outside and my car is on fire. The car fire cought my house garage and the car on the side of it up. I have contacted BMW who will not return any of my phone calls. They told me the car was Certified and the day after I brought it the frount Windshield cracked I took it to the shop and they told me that it is not a BMW windshield I asked them how is that possible I only had the car a day... I'm so frustrated that no one will return my calls at BMW. My home was destroyed from the car catching fire when it was not even on. So frustrated and upsetting.. More
