My experience at Rallye BMW was very satisfying. I initially contacted them through their web site, based on a listing for a certified pre-owned car. A sales representative responded to my e-mail righ initially contacted them through their web site, based on a listing for a certified pre-owned car. A sales representative responded to my e-mail right away, and I was able to schedule my first visit (and test drive) via e-mail. I met Darren Thompson during this visit and found him to be very competent and professional. The car was immaculately detailed. I was given a fair offer for my trade-in, as well as a fair price on the pre-owned BMW, so I decided to buy the car. The finance person at Rallye, Wallace, got me a loan with a lower interest rate than my credit union had offered me. When I arrived to pick up the car, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. Rallye even contacted my insurance company on my behalf and had my new car added to my policy. More
