Darryl Ferguson's patience and calm, quiet yet confident nature put my mind at ease and really made me feel confident that I was making the right purchase. Darryl did not pressure me or my husband into a sale, and respected our budget limitations. One the day we finally decided to make a decision, we showed up to the dealership without an appointment and Darryl was finalizing a deal with another customer. That is when his partner Gailmarie Mercogliano stepped in and helped us in the final deciding hours. First off, Gail Marie is a HOOT, and her sense of humor made what could be a stressful car buying experience...FUN! Gailmarie Gailmarie took us on a test drive of car that we loved, but was out of our price range. When we returned from the drive, she relentlessly searched the inventory to find m everything that I wanted within my price range because she told me "I want you to have everything you want, and a car that you absolutely love!" That meant alot to us, and because of her and Darry's patience and genuinely looking out for our best interest, we ended up spending about $6K more than we intended, but got a fully loaded car that our family loves at a rate we are comfortable with (thanks to Sam Ghazal in Financing). The customer service we received at Infiniti of Gwinnett was exceptional from beginning to end, so much so that now my husband wants an Infiniti too! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am one satisfied customer and a customer for life! More
