I drove from their dealership to Infiniti of Gwinnett I arrived at 720 I left Jim Ellis Hyundai with the worst customer service I received in years. I drove from their dealership to Infiniti of Gwinnett I arrived at 720 pm right after you closed and just caught Darryl Ferguson when he was about to leave. He helped me out with the time he had and I came back to the store on Tuesday January 30th. I was there for 3 hrs the shortest time I ever been at a dealership. I had the best experience ever and I would definitely refer everyone I know to this store. More

Best car buying experience! I arrived at the dealership, did not feel any car buying pressure, identified a car I liked, the dealership made me their best offer (which was great! He was able to match exactly what my needs were, budget and was extremely knowledgeable to answer my questions. Sam made took extra time to go over warranties and financial terms. Becky took the time to research and ask if I needed options for insurance which ended up saving me a lot from my current provider. I've had 4 cars in my life time , but this was the by far best experience from an honest team that really wants you to enjoy your buying experience and make sure that you are educated about your purchase.
