I came My experience with transferring my lease to a finance would be rated a 2 out of 5. I never was told my credit score following the credit check. I came in at 11:30 didn’t get finished with the transaction until almost 6pm. Continued to be told the finance manager was on the phone and had other clients being brought in to his offer which was why the process took so long. No written/verbal explanation was provided to me on the explanation of interest rate just told “I think you had a late payment with Infiniti”. Unfortunately I’ve had better experiences with Infiniti in the past, and would recommend others to go else where if you value customer service! Won’t be back! More
