I really needed a car for work and I went th PHILADELPHIA. THIS BUSINESS AIN'T xxxx. There goal is to get you to spend the highest rate on a vehicle. I really needed a car for work and I went there wanting a 13,000 and they told me once I got there that, that car wasn't available, yet it's on there website and I called about it and no one told me that over the phone. I didn't know that car wasn't even on their lot until I got there and they introduced me to the car THEY wanted me to get(17,000) and not the one I asked about. Then when I purchased the car the energy light and sensor were on. So I gave them a call and let them know, they say it's nothing I should be fine but on my way home the car cut off on me on the expressway and I was almost in an accident. So they take the car and "try" to fix it. I got the car back with the same issues so then they told me to take it to a Nissan dealership so they could figure out the problem. I did that and the Nissan dealership told them what was wrong ( which was a engine problem) and that they can fix it for me that day. Philly auto told them NO and wanted me to bring the car back for a week so they can have their tech fix the problem which is stupid because it's not a technical issue it's a mechanical issue I think they (Philly auto) is trying to get the car back to fix the engine light not the actual problem so that I can drive the car but still have that engine issue, I just won't see the light. Also they never even got the car inspected, there were no inspection stickers on the car I had to get it done myself. If you want to waste money and time I say this is the place for you. PHILLY AUTO IS A SCAM. From the manager Darryl to the salesmen Claud. Don't do it PLEASE IM TRYING TO WARN YOU!!!!! I'm actually about to ask around some lawyer to see what can be done because they are SCAMMERS!!!!! More
